Wist jij dat er ook in Tsjechië prachtige chateau’s te vinden zijn? Wij niet, totdat wij deze prachtig, elegante bruiloft te zien kregen vastgelegd door fotograaf Stepan Vrzala. Deze bruiloft lijkt wel een sprookje, meerder bruidsjurken, een buitenbruiloft met een romantische bloemen backdrop en prachtig gestylde tafels. Niet zo gek ook, want dit koppel, Lukas en Serena, zijn zelf destination weddingplanners met hun bedrijf Lily Madonna. Het bedrijf is gericht op koppels uit China, die dromen van een Europese elegante bruiloft op een Chateau of kasteel.

“Once it came to our own wedding we were looking for an exceptional location in my home country, the Czech Republic. After we visited the Chateau Mcely just 1 hour from Prague, we both knew this is the perfect place that combines world class hospitality with fairytale like ambience that can make every girls dream about becoming princess turn into reality.

We wanted to make everything very clean, natural and simple. We chose mainly green tones for the flower decoration and for the stationery. We opted for the ceremony on the grass in front of the chateau without carpet and banquet in the winter garden of the chateau which offers a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural surrounding of the chateau from the inside during the cool Czech evenings. Chateau Mcely is such a magical location that offers unique combination of luxurious interiors with closeness to the natures.

We had invited only 40 guests to our wedding, which was very hard but a great decision. It created unique intimate atmosphere that, I am convinced, all of the guest will keep in their memories forever. From the slight tension of the outdoor ceremony with uncertain weather, cheerful banquet and first dance in the delicately decorated patio, improvised discotheque in the main restaurant with my father taking the stage with his beloved guitar to the unforgettable sun filled breakfast the next day with all our closest family and friends enjoying the views over the distant golden fields of the surrounding countryside.”
